While working as a New Construction Sales Consultant for a national builder, Sandra Canning sold over $38 million in 2 years. This kind of success is the result of a great love for our profession, market expertise, and an uncompromising commitment to her clients.

Canning’s tagline “Five-Star Service Every Time”, is partly due to being raised by a West Indian Tiger Mom. When Canning was growing up in St. Thomas, USVI achieving excellence was deeply rooted in the values she learned at home. This guiding principle to go above and beyond has helped Sandra Canning to achieve great success in her 10+ years career as a sales professional.

Although she was born in Trinidad, W.I., Canning was raised in St. Thomas, USVI from the age of 5 years old. Before settling in South Florida, she traveled the world and has lived in New York, Los Angeles, Milan, and Australia. Getting acclimated to Florida was difficult at first, but she credits her close- knit family with helping to uncover those Florida gems that make you fall in love with The Sunshine State.
